MadCap Flare for most of our new content, I think Adobe should merge
RoboHelp and Frame into one updated Frame in order to better combat what
MadCap is doing.

You may just be able to uninstall/reinstall Acrobat 7 and get the menu back.

Most, if not all, of the problems are from the fntcache.dat file on the C
drive. To fix this problem, do the following:
Open Notepad. Enter this text in Notepad:
del c:\windows\system32\fntcache.dat
shutdown -s
Save the file as a .bat file on your desktop. Mine is called

I'm not sure how to set up the auto-numbering for the appendix and appendix
level one tags.
