Re: colors in tables

2009-07-06 Thread Yves Barbion
Hi Susan

Looks like someone has been using custom ruling and shading, which is not
recommended in this case (except for the left column). So, remove the custom
ruling and shading and use the Table Designer to set the Shading, for
example:

   - Heading and Footing Shading: Fill 100 %
   - Body Shading: Shade By Body Rows, First 1 Fill 30%; Next 1 Fill 30 %
   - Apply custom shading to the left column

To remove custom ruling/shading: select all cells in the table and choose
Table Custom Ruling and Shading Custom Cell Shading Fill: From Table,
Color: From table.

Tip: Buy Rick Quatro's Table Cleaner plugin for this type of work:

http://www.frameexpert.com/plugins/tablecleaner/index.htm

Kind regards

Frame crashes when importing large XML file

2009-07-06 Thread Diane Gaskill
Hi everyone,

FM8, structured
XML, DocBook 4.2 (I know, I know. Not my idea, but an OEM customer requires
it).
WinXP Pro
4 GB RAM
160 GB HDD

We're trying to import an XML file into FM8 but FM crashes. The file
includes 750 topics that are imported into an FM book as mini-chapter files.
They will eventually become topics in RH via TCS. However, FM crashes at
about 250 files (repeatable). Restarting FM and/or rebooting the system has
no effect.

We thought at first that there might be a limit on the number of chapters
that can be added to a book. But the Adobe Tech Note at
http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/310/310864.html says no, although there may be a
practical limit that is dependent on RAM and disk space.

TechNote
Maximum Number of Files in an Adobe FrameMaker Book

FrameMaker does not limit the number of files you can place in a
generated
book.
Adobe has tested placing several hundred files in a book without
consequence.
Though you can create a book of this size, generating or updating the
book
requires
enough memory and disk space to open and save every file.

I searched the net and the Adobe site but could not find any informatrion
related to this problem. If anyone has any experience with this or knows of
a tech note or other Adobe article that might provide an answer, I would
really appreciate the help.

Thanks lots.

2009-07-06 Thread Art Campbell
In addition to Stuart's accurate assessment, you're really unlikely to
get SaveAs in FM 7 working with a current version of Acrobat because
the name and location of the PDF printer has changed over the years
since FM 7 shipped. So if you install Acrobat 9 properly, FM 7 has no
way of knowing the new location because it didn't exist when 7
shipped.

The easiest fix is to install FM 7, install Acrobat 9, and use File
Print to produce your PDFs.

RE: colors in tables

2009-07-06 Thread Rick Quatro
Hi Sue,

The table was probably imported into FrameMaker from Word and so the
alternating shading are considered overrides to the default table shading.
Here is how to fix it:

1) Select the entire table.
2) Choose Table Custom Ruling and Shading
3) Uncheck the Custom Cell Ruling checkbox and check the Custom Cell Shading
checkbox.
4) Choose From Table under both Fill and Color popup menus.
5) Click the Apply button.

This will remove the overrides from the table. Now you can set the
alternating shading in the Table Designer and it should work as you add and
delete rows. Please let me know if you have any questions or comments. Thank
you very much.

2009-07-06 Thread Syed.Hosain
To be as clear as possible, the save as PDF feature of FrameMaker 7
is not at all compatible with Acrobat 7, 8, or 9!

   - Dov

Folks, I have to ask if this is categorically true for everybody ...
because, my experience with Save as PDF to Acrobat has been just fine
over the years.

I have used all versions of FM 6, 7, and 8 (for FM 9, evaluation only
for a few weeks) with the various *similar* Acrobat generations
available at those times (including FM 7.2 with Acrobat 8) and have not
had any major difficulties with the Save as PDF from within FM.

(Other than the issue with having to change the paragraph tag settings -
one time for any given document - for the PDF generation back and forth
a few times till I get the sequence right and prevent the now-expected
FM crash. But that is a one-time frustration - albeit silly and
aggravating and I wish Adobe would fix it - with any given document and
any given version change of FM or Acrobat. After making the changes to
the settings for a document, when using a new version of FM, the Save
as PDF works perfectly for me from then on.)

In fact, having tried both Save as PDF and Print to PDF (only a few
times though), with Save as PDF I'd say I get better results, since it
gives me the heading markers and window automatically ... which I was
not able to figure out afterwards with Print to PDF, so I gave up on
that fairly quickly.

Is this perhaps a case of YMMV rather than a clear problem for
*everybody*?

 How do I resolve this?

By removing Distiller 5.0, as the Acrobat 9 installation program asked!
(Actually, it should offer to remove it for you. I'm surprised that it
didn't.)

When you installed FM 7, installing Distiller 5 was _optional_. It's an
option that should _only_ be exercised by people who don't intend to
install the full version (Standard or Pro) of Acrobat. Since you
apparently have Acrobat Pro, you should ABSOLUTELY NOT install the
Distiller that came with FM 7.

As a number of us have tried to make clear, multiple versions of Acrobat
do _not_ coexist nicely. As Stuart pointed out, there is no such thing
as Acrobat Editor. If you meant Acrobat Pro, it _includes_ Distiller. If
you want to install and use Acrobat Pro (any version), you absolutely
should _not_ have separate Distiller or Reader installations on your PC.

That said, I'd take Dov Isaac's word for it that FM 7.0's Save As PDF
won't work with the newer versions of Acrobat; FM 7.0 is pretty old. (FM
7.2, OTOH, works fine with Acrobat 7, which is when the printer instance
changed, and thus may work with Acro 8 or 9).

But that brings up another question. IIRC, you originally said you were
switching from Distiller 5 to Acrobat Pro 9 in order to get the Enable
Commenting feature. But in your response to the Adobe engineer, you said
you'd been using Acro 8 for a year and did not encounter any problems.
Acro 8 fully supports commenting (as does Acro 7). So I'm completely
confused as to why you're upgrading from Acro 8 to Acro 9 and why the
ancient Distiller 5 that was bundled with FM keeps re-entering the
picture.

It's a Help Compiler feature, not a bug. ;-)

The watermark only show up when you mention the graphic in a
topic because otherwise the compiler doesn't know it's part of
the project, and doesn't include it in the CHM. (The compiler
can't parse the CSS to find it.) But when you do mention it,
that overrides the CSS for that file.

So *don't* mention it in any topic, but *do* include it by name
in the [Files] section of the .hhp. Easy one. ;-)

to see if there is a well-formedness error or other such
problem from which Frame can't recover?

I do suspect you're pushing some internal limit here.
The 250 is suspiciously close to 255... the max value
of a byte, a limit a careless programmer could have
imposed unknowingly, possibly in EDD processing.

RE: Frame crashes when importing large XML file

2009-07-06 Thread Diane Gaskill
Hi Jeremy,

Excellent question. Yes, we validated the file with Oxygen before importing
it into FM. Here is the procedure we are using.

1. Validate the XML in the Oxygen editor

2. Drag and drop the Validated XML file to the work area of FrameMaker 8.
The Use Structured Application dialog box appears.

3. From the drop-down list, select Hitachi-RAID (EN), and then click
Continue. (This uses a custom XSL file from our tools group)

4. An error message Validation of XML file failed. appears. We ignore
the message and click OK to continue processing. The Save Book dialog box
appears.

5.In the Save as type field, we select Book (*.book). Enter any file
name and then click Save.

Diane

RE: Logging FrameMaker book errors in a text file

For some reason, the XML exported from FrameMaker 8 does not recognize forced
returns (Control-Enter). We've reported this as a bug, but Adobe has
effectively ignored us and we've had no luck getting any type of workaround

Converting PDF to Word

2009-07-06 Thread Lea Galanter
Hi Framers,

I'm hoping someone can help me out with converting PDFs to Word docs. My
department creates our user guides in FrameMaker, but other departments
want to use our text in their materials as well, so they ask me for a
Word version. I have been using Adobe Acrobat to save the PDF as a Word
doc but it really looks awful and puts the text in weird chunks --
useable but not pretty. (Yes, we could use a real content management
system--we've already asked, and the answer has been an emphatic No.)

I started looking for applications that can create a good Word version
of a PDF, but thought I might ask here in case anyone is already using
one that they can highly recommend (something not expensive).

Thanks!

Crash on import PDF comments

2009-07-06 Thread Paquet, Rebecca S (IS)
WinXP Svc Pk 2 on PC with 1G RAM
FrameMaker 9p230
Acrobat Professional 8.1.2

Crash scenario:
1. Create PDF using FM 9. (FileSave as PDF with Generate PDF for
review only selected)
2. Edit PDF using Acrobat 8.1.2 and save with edit marks/comments.
3. Select Import PDF comments into FM. (Have selected with all files in
book open and with no files in book open.)
4. Crash with message:
Internal Error 9004, 6920492, 9676798, 0. FrameMaker has
detected a serious problem and must quit.

Ran process with Task Manager open and have not seen memory or CPU usage
hit maximum.

I know my machine is woefully underpowered, and have requested an
upgrade. But, I don't see anything that indicates that this is a
hardware problem. Can anyone point me to a solution?

Thanks in advance,

FM9 Hierarchical book groups/folders not excluded from output in RH8

2009-07-06 Thread Shane Taylor
I have a book (unstructured FM) that uses some text insets in some of my
chapters in order to reuse content. However, when I create help in RH8,
sometimes a few of my cross-references in chapters with text insets
aren't treated as links, but as plain text. I think to resolve this, I
want to include the text insets as files in my book so they get updated
when I update the book.

So, I tried using both a group and a folder in the book to do this, and
setting the group/folder to be excluded from output. The FM book updated
beautifully, and the insets were correctly excluded from the TOC. But
when I generate my WebHelp in RH8, the excluded inset topics are
included in the TOC and are generated in a folder corresponding to the
name of my FM book's group or folder (behavior seems identical for
folder or group). As expected, the original link problem is resolved,
but I don't want to add delete the excluded content from RH as a
manual step every time we update the helps.

Let me know if this is just another feature of the integration
between RH and FM in TCS2, if it's an issue that's already been reported
to Adobe, or if there is actually a way to make this work.

Thanks,

Shane

RE: Save As not working with Acrobat Pro 9.0- issue still not resolved

2009-07-06 Thread Brian Emrich
Syd,

I also continue to use Save As PDF with no problems for the exact reason
you state (FM 7.2, Acrobat 8). When I went to Acrobat 8 (came with CS3),
the View Generated PDF function didn't work, but I simply click the file
in the Distiller window that pops up, and the pdf file opens with
bookmarks, hyperlinks and security settings intact.

For me, it's so simple that's its been a bit irritating that the process
gets hammered so quickly by the list. But, since I've never had any
problems, I can't offer any suggestions for why it doesn't work for
others. It works for me, even with my IT dept. doing the installs, so I'm
sure they didn't do anything special.

On the other hand, why is it that computer programs must be seen to be

There is no reason why a computer generated request cannot be

Please wait is not a difficult thing to understand and is better for

It is not relevant that it may not be translatable into other
languages. Users will be reading it in English, the language it is

RE: Save As not working with Acrobat Pro 9.0- issue still not resolved

2009-07-06 Thread Garnier Garnier
Hello All,

I too have been using FM 7.0 with distiller 5.0 for 3 years and Save As was
working just fine.

Other writers are using FM 7.0  and Acrobat Pro 8.0 since the last one year and
Save As is working just fine.

The issue is with FM 7.0 and Acrobat Pro 9.0. I have tried all suggestions
provided on the list including the patch sent by Adobe. NOTHING works. With the
patch pdf is generated but fonts in the document changes and the consfile.txt
is empty. I tried on a new clean machine. It still did not work. As mentioned
Printing to ps and then converting to pdf works fine. I have over 300 manuals
and definitely cannot convert them manually to ps and then to pdf. I use script
to autogenerate the pdfs and the script does not work with Acrobat 9.0.

I also got to know that other writers who are not part of the list too are
facing similar problems and in their case too the patch did not work. The patch
is fine if one needs to convert to pdf randomly but not for a set of 300-350
manuals with over 700 pages each.

Is this perhaps a case of YMMV rather than a clear problem for

Re: Save As not working with Acrobat Pro 9.0- issue still not resolved

2009-07-06 Thread Mike Wickham
As mentioned Printing to ps and then converting to pdf works fine. I have
over 300 manuals and definitely cannot convert them manually to ps and
then to pdf. I use script to autogenerate the pdfs and the script does not
 work with Acrobat 9.0.

You're working too hard. Just print straight to the AdobePDF virtual printer
instance, instead. It does the same thing as printing to a PS file and then
distilling the PS into a PDF-- all in one step.

Alternately, look up watched folders in help, and print to a PS file in a
watched folder. Acrobat automatically distills any PS file placed into a
watched folder. Even cooler, you can set up different watched subfolders,
each tied to a different .joboptions file. So you might have a watched
folder tied to a .joboptions that distills with lo-res 72dpi graphics for
use on the Web. Or a watched folder that distills files with hi-res 300dpi
graphics for use on printing press. Etc.

RE: Frame crashes when importing large XML file

2009-07-06 Thread Diane Gaskill
Jeremy and Alan,

Good idea. We'll try that. I'll let you know what happens.

We tried Scott Prentice' suggestion about splitting the file up. It works
if we chop it up into sections of 90 topics each. But that's a lot of
trouble. If it is actually a bug as Scott and Rick say, then the only way
to get the file into FM is to break it up. But we have lots more files like
this and manually breaking it up is probably not the most efficient way to
do this.

I'm hoping that Adobe Engineering finds/creates a real solution to the
problem.

Save As not working with Acrobat Pro 9.0- issue still not resolved

2009-07-06 Thread Garnier Garnier
?
Hello Listers,
?
Wanted to mention that:
?
As suggested by one of the listeres,
?
I removed all Adobe products from my machine including the registries.
?
Installed FM 7.0 with distiller 5.0
Then I attempted to install Acrobat Editor and Reader but failed because
Acrobat keeps prompting to remove distiller 5.0. It does not allow me to
proceed with the installation.
How do I resolve this?
?
>From Adobe I received the attached mail and as instructed I also installed the

Any idea if I could return Acrobat 9.0 and ask for 8.0 instead? I cannot afford
to continue to debug the issue as I have strict deadlines to meet.

My response to Adobe Engr.
?
?
Thanks. You are right we are using FM 7.0 p576. I have installed the patch.
I would like to inform that we are also using Acrobat 8.0 since the last one
year with the same build of FM and did not encounter any problems. We did not
have to install the patch so not sure about the actual issue with Acrobat 9.0
distiller.
?

After installing the patch the Save As option first throws an alert " the
selected joboptions not found" Clicking OK starts the distiller for a fraction
of second and the pdf is generated.
?
If the joboptions is not found how is it converting to PDF?
In the generated pdf the fonts change.
The consfile.txt is empty and this is not acceptable.
?
I am using Framescripts to autogenerate the pdfs. The scripts are running fine
with Acrobat 8.0 but with 9.0 it is throwing system error.
?
I never faced any of the above mentioned issues with distiller 5.0 and recently
installed Acrobat Professional 9.0. so that I could annotate the pdfs for
review feedback.
?
I now intend to
?
1.?? uninstall all the Adobe products on my machine and manually cleaning
up the registry entries because the uninstallers do not do it.
2.?? Reinstall Framemaker 7.0 p576 with distiller 5.0
3.?? Reinstall Acrobat Reader/Viewer 9.0, Editor 9.0
?
I have been told that Adobe Editor can annotate any version of pdf for
commenting.
?
Is the above the right approach?
?
I will wait for your response.

Why does Adobe products not clean the registries during Uninstall? Why does one
need to do so manually?

Thanks to each one of you who responded to my query.

Am using FM 7.0 and was using Acrobat distiller 5.0. All was working fine

the build.

The requirement shifted to having editable pdfs so opted for Acrobat Pro 9.0.

Uninstalled distiller 5.0 and installed 9.0. For Manual conversion "Save As"

colors in tables

2009-07-06 Thread Yves Barbion
Hi Susan

Looks like someone has been using "custom ruling and shading", which is not
recommended in this case (except for the left column).

Table > Custom Ruling and Shading > Custom Cell Shading > Fill: From Table,
Color: From table.

Tip: Buy Rick Quatro's Table Cleaner plugin for this type of work:

Frame crashes when importing large XML file

2009-07-06 Thread Diane Gaskill
Hi everyone,

FM8, structured
XML, DocBook 4.2 (I know, I know. Not my idea, but an OEM customer requires
it).
WinXP Pro
4 GB RAM
160 GB HDD

We're trying to import an XML file into FM8 but FM crashes. The file
includes 750 topics that are imported into an FM book as mini-chapter files.
They will eventually become topics in RH via TCS. However, FM crashes at
about 250 files (repeatable). Restarting FM and/or rebooting the system has
no effect.

We thought at first that there might be a limit on the number of chapters
that can be added to a book. But the Adobe Tech Note at
http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/310/310864.html says no, although there may be a
practical limit that is dependent on RAM and disk space.

TechNote
Maximum Number of Files in an Adobe FrameMaker Book
Ratings:0
FrameMaker does not limit the number of files you can place in a
generated
book.
Adobe has tested placing several hundred files in a book without
consequence.
Though you can create a book of this size, generating or updating the
book
requires
enough memory and disk space to open and save every file.

I searched the net and the Adobe site but could not find any informatrion
related to this problem. If anyone has any experience with this or knows of
a tech note or other Adobe article that might provide an answer, I would
really appreciate the help.

Thanks lots.

Garnier,

Dov Isaacs of Adobe has frequently and adamantly advised that only ONE
installation of Acrobat OR Reader OR Distiller should ever be put on a
single PC. Here's a quotation from the archives:

"Although (very unfortunately), it is PHYSICALLY possible to
have multiple versions of Adobe Acrobat concurrently installed,
concurrent versions of Adobe Reader concurrently installed, or
some combination of versions of both Acrobat and Reader installed,
the truth is that the architecture of these programs and the
underlying operating system services used by same really only
fully supports installation of only one version of EITHER Adobe
Acrobat or Adobe Reader on one system at one time [T]here are a
tremendous number of problems reported to
Adobe that are suddenly cleared up when the user's systems are
scraped of all concurrent versions of Acrobat and Reader, replaced
by a single version of one or another. (Note that by "Acrobat" I
mean any and all pieces of it including the Distiller, the AdobePDF
PostScript printer driver instance, and the viewing program!)"

I suggest that you uninstall everything again, then reinstall Framemaker
but do NOT allow it to install Distiller. Then install Acrobat (I
assume you mean Acrobat Standard or Pro -- I don't know of a program
called "Acrobat Editor") and do NOT install Reader.

Save As not working with Acrobat Pro 9.0- issue still not resolved

2009-07-06 Thread Art Campbell
In addition to Stuart's accurate assessment, you're really unlikely to
get SaveAs in FM 7 working with a current version of Acrobat because
the name and location of the PDF printer has changed over the years
since FM 7 shipped. So if you install Acrobat 9 properly, FM 7 has no
way of knowing the new location because it didn't exist when 7
shipped.

The easiest fix is to install FM 7, install Acrobat 9, and use File >
Print to produce your PDFs.

colors in tables

2009-07-06 Thread Rick Quatro
Hi Sue,

The table was probably imported into FrameMaker from Word and so the
alternating shading are considered overrides to the default table shading.
Here is how to fix it:

1) Select the entire table.
2) Choose Table > Custom Ruling and Shading
3) Uncheck the Custom Cell Ruling checkbox and check the Custom Cell Shading
checkbox.
4) Choose From Table under both Fill and Color popup menus.
5) Click the Apply button.

This will remove the overrides from the table. Now you can set the
alternating shading in the Table Designer and it should work as you add and
delete rows. Please let me know if you have any questions or comments. Thank
you very much.

Question:

I have a large (17pgs) table for my glossary.

The rows are alternating colors - light and medium shade of the same color.
However, the header top row and the left column - are a solid color.

Now, we are adding and deleting some of these glossary entries.

Is there a way to have the alternate row colors update automatically?
I have already gone into the Table Designer and I am working with the shade
settings, but not much luck yet.

I inherited this table - I think the alternate coloring was done with copy /

> To be as clear as possible, the "save as PDF" feature of FrameMaker 7

Folks, I have to ask if this is categorically true for everybody ...
because, my experience with "Save as PDF" to Acrobat has been just fine
over the years.

I have used all versions of FM 6, 7, and 8 (for FM 9, evaluation only
for a few weeks) with the various *similar* Acrobat generations
available at those times (including FM 7.2 with Acrobat 8) and have not
had any major difficulties with the "Save as PDF" from within FM.

After making the changes to
the settings for a document, when using a new version of FM, the "Save
as PDF" works perfectly for me from then on.)

In fact, having tried both "Save as PDF" and "Print to PDF" (only a few
times though), with "Save as PDF" I'd say I get better results, since it
gives me the heading markers and window automatically ... which I was
not able to figure out afterwards with "Print to PDF", so I gave up on
that fairly quickly.

Is this perhaps a case of "YMMV" rather than a clear problem for

Mif2Go: adding watermark to CHM

2009-07-06 Thread Jim Owens
I'm trying to add a "draft" watermark to our CHM output.

Following the CSS method described in the Mif2GO documentation (Section
22.11), I've succeeded in adding a watermark to the HTML files, as
viewed in Internet Explorer. However, the watermark does not appear in
the CHM topics.

A quick Internet search turns up nothing about this. What am I missing?

But in your response to the Adobe engineer, you said
you'd been using Acro 8 for a year "and did not encounter any problems."
Acro 8 fully supports commenting (as does Acro 7). So I'm completely
confused as to why you're upgrading from Acro 8 to Acro 9 and why the
ancient Distiller 5 that was bundled with FM keeps re-entering the
picture.

Frame crashes when importing large XML file

2009-07-06 Thread Art Campbell
Diane,

I'm making a WAG that either you're hitting a processing wall (the
RAM/disk space you mentioned -- how much of the 160 is free?), that
there's a network timeout at a certain point, or that there's some
type of content in the ~250 file range that's causing an error.

Can you convert #250 by itself, or divide the project so that you can
test, maybe by thirds? Topics 1-250, 251-500, and so on?

Mif2Go: adding watermark to CHM

2009-07-06 Thread Jim Owens
(an update - also posting to Omsys list)

When I compile the HTML files from HTML Help Workshop:

- if a single topic has a markup, then in
the CHM, that topic has the background image, tiled, and all the other
topics have the background image, non-tiled and centred as specified in
the CSS file.

- if no topics have a markup, then the CHM
does not have any background images, even though the CSS specifies one.

Fully repeatable, and at this point Mif2Go is not involved. Have I
discovered a new Help Compiler bug, or is there still something I'm missing?

Edit the .hhp file in a text editor, add draft.jpg to the files section,

It's a Help Compiler feature, not a bug. ;-)

The watermark only show up when you mention the graphic in a
topic because otherwise the compiler doesn't know it's part of
the project, and doesn't include it in the CHM. (The compiler
can't parse the CSS to find it.) But when you do mention it,
that overrides the CSS for that file.

So *don't* mention it in any topic, but *do* include it by name
in the [Files] section of the .hhp. Easy one. ;-)

Adding to Art's thought, have you tried validating the file,
to see if there is a well-formedness error or other such
problem from which Frame can't recover?

I do suspect you're pushing some internal limit here.
The 250 is suspiciously close to 255... the max value

Frame crashes when importing large XML file

2009-07-06 Thread Diane Gaskill

4. An error message "Validation of XML file failed." appears. We ignore
the message and click OK to continue processing. The Save Book dialog box
appears.

5.In the Save as type field, we select Book (*.book). Enter any file
name and then click Save.

But
when I generate my WebHelp in RH8, the "excluded" inset topics are
included in the TOC and are generated in a folder corresponding to the
name of my FM book's group or folder (behavior seems identical for
folder or group). As expected, the original link problem is resolved,
but I don't want to add "delete the excluded content from RH" as a
manual step every time we update the helps.

Let me know if this is just another "feature" of the "integration"
between RH and FM in TCS2, if it's an issue that's already been reported
to Adobe, or if there is actually a way to make this work.

Thanks,

Shane

Save As not working with Acrobat Pro 9.0- issue still not resolved

After making the changes to
the settings for a document, when using a new version of FM, the "Save
as PDF" works perfectly for me from then on.)

Is this perhaps a case of "YMMV" rather than a clear problem for
*everybody*?

Frame 7.0 and Acrobat Pro 7 together for a couple of years, and Save as

Thanks!

Frame crashes when importing large XML file

2009-07-06 Thread Diane Gaskill
Jeremy and Alan,

Good idea. We'll try that. I'll let you know what happens.

We tried Scott Prentice' suggestion about splitting the file up. It works
if we chop it up into sections of 90 topics each. But that's a lot of
trouble. If it is actually a bug as Scott and Rick say, then the only way
to get the file into FM is to break it up. But we have lots more files like
this and manually breaking it up is probably not the most efficient way to
do this.

I'm hoping that Adobe Engineering finds/creates a real solution to the
problem.

Best regards,
