Have you configured sendmail yet? Take a look in /var/log/maillog and see what it says. Just as a wild guess I'm assuming you're not running a mailserver on the local machine which means you have to tell sendmail where to submit the messages, you can do this in /etc/mail. Good luck, Ruben
