Dear List, i have a really old (from 2001) ml370 with a smart array 431 raid controller. FreeBSD 7 installs perfectly but i couldn't find a way to monitor my drives. I've installed the hpacucli port, but it says that it can't find any controllers in the system. Do you know any solution for this

Even if running X under root, it's the same behaviour. Unless devd is restarted, there is no sound or xdialogs. If I restart devd from another console, then the sound device becomes available and sound can do you restart devd from xterm? if so - DISPLAY gets set be heard, but no Xdialogs. If
