Disk Utility finished checking my big disk from my Panther partition.
I don't know how long it took - I left my computer on all night - but
it finished all right and found no problems.

runs under 9.2 that the students use. Is there a way I can install
9.2 without having to reinstall 10.3?

No, what you need is a VGA-DB15 adapter to run a Mac Monitor off of a
VGA port. Be exact when looking for this, most searches will get you
the other way, to connect a VGA
