Ok, so Audio Quake needs Activeperl, but where can I get it without
having to wade through all sorts of weird download possibilities?
Downloading it via the installer isn't workable. I've downloaded
everything else, but without ActivePerl, there's no point.

In a sense, yes. The usual AQ servers for the support files for the game are
now defunct, so the game can't find its files.
There is a stand-alone package you can download however, so that the game will
run properly.
While I don't unfortunately have the linkie on-hand at the mome
I have downloaded agrip audio quake, but when I run setup it can't resolve the
server name where it needs to download the other files for setup. Is audio
quake down? In case that is the problem I run windows vista. Thanks in
anticipation. I always find the people on this list.

• Make sure Audio Quake is properly installed
• navigate to wherever you've saved
I've been trying to get audio quake all se tup and running with jq. I haven't
found any info on how to isntall jq. I see the launcher has a mods options,
but I don't know how I install jq to actually be detected by audio quake. What
am I missing, or am I just a dumby.

it. The manual mentions a file named server.cfg in the agrip subfolder of
audioquake. I can't find it, though I did find server.cfg in the id1 folder.

Hi Josh, is it not obvious?... You can simply press and hold the up
arrow if you'd like. Are you not hearing your footsteps to let you know
that you are walking?...
As for the tutorial starting and it not letting you do certain things,
can you clarify?...

When navigating in audio quake, do I have to press and hold up arrow to walk
or press it and keep pressing pressing multiple times to take a step? Like
if I want to take three steps do I have to press up arrow three times? Also
