hi Sd.
The thing that interested me in the game was the quest system. You get set
up quests from npcs, as I suppose would happen in any other mud, but
also random quests assigned by specific characters, which earn you points
for specific rewards.
I liked the idea of both.

that a lot of the common ones such as elemental reagents, --- earth, water,

Hello,
I have one question. Is this a hack and slash, rp, or is it a mix of both?
Thanks,

Mix of both with quests thrown in from what I've gathered thus far,
though I must admit, I'm stuck on the first two quests, as I can't find the
monster to kill in one, and have no idea how to levitate for the other.

it is a matter of timing. I don't know how to best explain it though.
basically, you should start your casting of a spell at the beginning of a
round so that it ends after it. If you do it in the middle then you mess up
your next round and will lose an attack and defense as well. Another thing
hey dark,
you are correct. the only reagents which are hard to come by are astrals.
those are used for more complex spells, not your every day ones. now,
resurrecting costs an astral as do a couple others but the main use for them
is to resurrect someone. some mobs have astrals which randomly r

kind of a mix. I guess mostly hack and slash though I try to do the rp part.
I prefer rp and they have questing and marks witha story line but many of
the players are more into killing things to gain rewards and some like to

I love that game.

Hi.
It is a mud, aka multi-user dimention, an online game you connect to with a
mud client such as vip mud or mushclient.
I'm using vip mud from gma games myself, which has some nice vi specific
features and includes sapi and other screen reader support.

Hi Mike.
I've not been playing long, but the quests, history and world are fun, -
even if I'm temporarily a litle stuck with a couple of them.
I don't know if I'll go right the way through, but I'll certainly spend some
time with the game I think.
