recommitted on my local (up to date) Git copy and re-worded the commit
message a bit. Probably any of the older versions of this patch will
work just the same.

filetypes_extensions.conf has 'Typoscript' in
[Groups] which throws a warning on geany -v and that Genie and Scala
show up under Compiled in the Set Filetypes Menu which is cool, but
there's still a 'Custom Filetypes' menu item that pops out an empty menu.

way of producing the problem reliably.
Has anyone else seen it or have any ideas?
I guess this[1] check is failing. Not sure what that pref does.

super tough to move the BT reports from SF to GH since SF provides an
export interface and GH an import interface.

, I've just left a
default for those that didn't match up, the ones in gedit.conf or
filetypes.common probably will always look good. For some stuff like
whitespace and indentation guides, I used the BG color but slightly lighter.
