Unfortunately there is not much to do accept for reporting the IP's in question to VALVe and hope for a full de-list on the redirect servers as well as the servers they redirect to. Other then that only non-legal stuff is available. Good luck. -Original Message- From:

We had this happen to us and it works out they was pulling the names from when we was on hlstatsx prem and had more players on there server than we did, so we named our server back as it was on hlstatsx prem to try and gain some of the players off of there servers :) delisted the ass wipes tbh!

Before Valve fixed the team scrambling, there was a Sourcemod plugin that prevented it. But since they patched it and claimed to have fixed it, I rarely notice any problems. Every now and then you'll see 1 swap, but it's rare. I don't know if that plugin still works, but it cant hurt to look for

I'd say it's quite obvious that the pros outweigh the cons of removing the ability the redirect players. There are already reliable ways for players to find the rest of your server is one if full. You could just add cc2iscool as a tag on all your servers and any player looking for one of your

I know that, but that won't effect a provider unless the person is buying a server from a provider and does redirection. Most of the people that do it are on a dynamic IP from a house or business. I don't think it's worth it to buy a server from a provider and then use it for redirection. :P --

It seems that there is no difference between the log lines of a Dead Ringer fake death and a real death. This doesn't work well for Spy users and HLstatsX. Any time you get killed for your Dead Ringer fake death HLstatsX subtracts points from you just as it would a normal death. Is there any
