P.S. This is for a modification called Modular Combat.
Try setting sv_master_legacy_mode 0. Some mods seem to still support
this and have it set to 1. Using it will prevent the server from showing
in the list.

server accounts work in TF.
In an future update, we are going to be introducing features that will
only be available to game servers that have a registered game server
SteamID, via the Game Server Login Token (GSLT)
