I got a really cheap eee 10 inch laptop from woot.com. Would not
connect to wifi. Did a search on the message and it was a bad wifi
driver. Downloaded another Linux distribution and installed.

I think I want to set up a data class without compression, and assign certain
data sets to it. I was _hoping_ that I could override the SMS compression via
TRTCH=NOCOMP so that I could show people the difference in CPU time with and
without SMS compression.
I will go ahead and create the

Ha ha... perfect :)
A different story: I've been getting various "Time to update to Win 10
Creators Edition" messages (along with shutdown and scheduling options)
for a few weeks and put them off until
Oh, no, you have it all wrong. You can buy expertise by the pound, like
salami. And it's easy to know the quality: just look for certifications
like CISSP and the like; those guarantee that people know what they're
doing!

Scott, if I could add, they way the information is shared is so different.
Wikis don't ask why. Wikis don't make suggestions or recommendations. Wikis do
not promote discussions.
Wikis are great if you want to know the parameter values.
The history and life cycle is not there.

of course the "Z system" world.
Many of the same theories and practices apply. Everyday I run into people
who have a tough time with system installs , system problems because
instead of understanding how something works
z/OS FTP client and Server support a parameter called CONDDISP. Perhaps
this might help.
If CONDDISP were coded as DELETE, then a partial file transfer should
not be saved!!

The choices you get are UPDATE AND RESTART or UPDATE AND SHUTDOWN. But you must
install the updates.
I learned later after having numerous crashes that you can set the METERED
CONNECTION and it will stop the automatic updates. But even that comes with
some quirks. For example, I set it on my

See ya,
X-Post to the DB2 list:
Where can I find DB2 manuals in such a format, with a HTML page being the
index? I only see how to download individual manuals.
