We are using Imail 7.07 and need to change top directory for a host on the
server.
I have read after changing the top level directory (doing this first time) I
will need to manually copy the users folder to the new directory. needed to
confirm that I will need to copy the Group type

This script works only for a single users.
What can I do for do this for every use of a mailhosts or for all the users
of all mailhosts.

That should look at all the spam.mbx files.

This would not be causing your problem, but you may want to check your
anti-spam configuration. You are sending out email with several
X-IMail-Spam headers in them.
These headers were in the mail and the list server does not perform these
checks:
X-IMAIL-SPAM-VALHELO: (17629356)
...and our spam filter rule is catching them and putting them in the spam
box.

His deleted folder shows as being empty.

The problem with the headers is probably due to your clients are not AUTHing
into the SMTP when the sending emails. If they don't auth, they need to be
in the trusted IP list so the connection filtering won't be applied to them.

is a setting in Web Messaging that they can set so that anything they delete
goes to a trash or deleted folder. Then if they do it by accident they can
get it back. We encourage this to most users and then I use a utility that
