I think that can happen when you do an Init LDAP through the administrator server. That's what happens here anyway. Performing the init deletes the existing data in person.dta and sets the attributes according to the registry valuse (at least for us as we use the registry for users) End

I too receivewd a response from support indicating that 'sometimes' after installing imail, when the convert.exe utility kicks off, that some UID files might get corrupted. They recommended deleting as required. I had asked if they will also create a utility similiar to convert.exe to check

Yes, a lot of people have been seeing this problem. Sometimes I won't get email for awhile in Outlook or Outlook Express and I will go to the web interface and find mail in serveral folders. Deleting the .uid file for the folder will fix it temporarily but the problem usually comes back
