You are partially correct. The scenario is like this:
rules.ima for the domain has the following: S~FILENAME=*.EXE:ADMINHOLD
Message is received with an exe attachment. The rule says to move that
message to the adminhold

You would need a line in your rules.ima file like
S~FILENAME=*.EXE:ADMINHOLD or some other mailbox name to hold the messages.
Then you would need a forward file in each users directoy that would point
to the adminhold box on the domain.
If you do not have the forward file in place

Walters has a Utility called imu32. it will create a list of addresses
accross all domains in the imail database. (works only with the registry
database). it creates a users lst file, and also a password.lst
file. This file could be used for a mailing to all users across all
domains.

a lot of vbs virus files to a NUL folder in the users folders. I looked at

The mail was delivered to the sub folder NUL in the cindy mailbox. A
filtering rule must have placed it there. Look in the users folders under
cindy, and you should see a nul folder. I have quite a few of them with
filtered virus messages, like the HAHA one.

I am running a batch file that parses the log files and e-mails my staff of
statistics every day. I noticed a user that sent 10 times the messages that
anyone else did, and was way out of character. I sent him a message that
indicated there were two possible causes of the high number of
1024 bytes = 1 Kbyte. 1024 Kbytes = 1 Mbyte. to be precise, it would be
5,242,880 bytes. i have a 10 MB limit at 1000 bytes
