Some more things you can try:
1. Set the MTU to 1492 in the router settings. If that doesn't work,
reduce it progressively to 1472, then 1468. There are other values
too that seem to work better on PPPoE connections, for which you could
do some google research.
2. Connect via ethernet ra

Make sure your hard drive is a single partition (Mac OS Extended
Journaled). If you've already partitioned your hard drive (for
example, using Disk Utility), you'll have to remove those partitions
and restore your drive to a single partition formatted as Mac OS

These are RAR files. You can use UnrarX or iArchiver to expand these
files. I think Stuffit Expander can also handle .rar files. Usually,
you just need to open the first file in the series (this is the .rar
file, not .r00).

If you have a .mac account you can use Backup, which is available
from .Mac in the software section. The data will be backed up to a
Backup folder on your iDisk, and you'll need the Backup software to
restore it if you need the data again. You can also upload your data
as is to your iDisk

How many characters does your network key have? I think windows is
restricted to 5 or 13 ascii characters (or 10 or 26 in hex) for WEP
encryption. You could try changing the key in the router settings to
a 5 or 13 character password and get the router to generate the hex
key. If more tha

Hi Rishi,
What about UniBeast? Does it do the same thing?
The part where you have just a few seconds to unplug the pen drive sounds very
stressful !! Especially, if you have slow download speeds and have to wait for
hours for this one action not to go wrong!

and would they work on the new Air? The article below says they're only for

Hello,
I have a 1999 Blueberry clamshell iBook and a 2006 Core Duo Macbook Pro. Any
suggestions on how to dispose of them in an eco-friendly manner, or even donate
them? I don't want to sell them as scrap.
Thanks
