They seem to leave the carrier on all night Walt. I'd bet for navigation purposes. Unless they've done something drastic they ALWAYS have weak modulation so it's hard to know when they actually take audio off but it's well before 1200utc. 1098 was the first TP/DU carrier Nick found on Sunday
