No, actually it's interesting as they're running a program about the influence of the Scots on liquor throughout the world. According to the web site they should be running BBC Five Live, but they're not. Of course the signal faded at the hour, but the web stream IDed as BBC Radio Scotland.

Started listening here at 02:55 UTC (7:55 pm) and immediately had 855 with pretty good audio, with presumed Slovak Radio. 1053 as well (03:07) sounds like TalkSport with English and some music too. 1089 likely the same. 963 and 1134 both there in fair audio, but suffering a lot of splatter.
