My apologies for keep bugging the list regarding my outlook 2007 issues.
Seems I resolve one problem and another one pops up. What's happening is I
decided to export the current contacts to a windows .csv file which was
successful. However, when I look at the excel file old names that are not in

I just checked Add/Remove Programs on the Control Panel, and there is no
item labled Freedom Scientific Admin Tools. The only thing that comes close
is the item labeled Freedom Scientific Video Intercept. Is this the item I
should remove and then reinstall? Now I'm totally confused.

You should have both the admin tool video intercept in your control panel.
I don't know why the admin tool is missing but, if you were able to download
a new video intercept, run it, that is supposed to re-install the admin

I believe the item you are referring to in the control panel,
is in fact, administrative tools, which is different than the one being
discussed.
The admin tool, that Mike referred to, is found in the add/remove programs
applet, and is specific to Jaws.
