Hi Patti, Playing around in quick settings didn't help me either. It only helped in certain messages but, Flor came up with a good suggestion. After you open an email, press the control key to stop Jaws, then press Jaws key + down arrow. This is what I've been doing it has been working.

Can not be done, only can work with the version running. Now if she made changes to the defaults. Those can be removed by deleting it from the personal folder. If she deletes the defaults from the main script folder. Then a repair will have to be done on jaws. See all scripts take there base
