hello;
yes, if you save the outlook pst file, you can use it at a later date.
outlook 2010 saves the pst file in my documents
example:
C:\Windows7\Documents\Outlook Files\XXX.pst
as I indicated, you can also manually do a outlook pst backup.
hope this helps.

Hi David,
If I am understanding correctly,
this will save messages, but in order to read them you would need to import
the file back into Outlook,
is that correct?

I downloaded and installed the file sounds.exe and I have several sound
alerts now for MS word, Outlook and excel in MS office 2010. However, I
don't get an alert sound for incoming emails. Is there away to have sounds
for that part of outlook 2010?

So letting the hard drive shut down or whatever does not cause any JAWS

I've changed it, what is the default setting and what are you using if you

lenord I'm not sure if the sounds you downloaded automatically went to where
they are suppose to go but from what you say it seems it did I guess those
sounds went into the program. if your using windows 7 you can put sounds in
the controlpanels to have those sounds play at certain actions.

Hi.
If you try to use the app Windows 8 mail, it is correct that it is'nt
possible to setup a pop3 account.
Download Windows Live Essensials instead, and use Windows Live Mail, and it
will work.
