The computer monitor contains a amount of pixels that can be change to
display how you view the screen better.
But, if you are blind it doesn't matter much.

Rick, well jaws does read it however I would not use it. I printed a test
line and my wife said that the print is very small. It would be good for
someone with very good vision. It was a very interesting article.

I don't know if this will help anyone, but when jaws looses focus for me, I
just press alt tab. That brings the jaws to the last thing that is open.
Otherwise, I press the jaws key and F ten and get a list of things that are
running. I pick one and focus is then on the program selected.
