call them, I just follow their directions, and if there are many steps, I

message, then Control Y, but it did not bring me to the fields to fill in

much drain it, then plug it up and let the battery recharge. This cycle

it sounds like, is that the computer is not recognizing it, and probably not
charging it. You have to be very careful when purchasing new batteries and
or chargers for laptop computers because of this problem. M
