When trying to save a document in WordPad using the control S command, I
receive a message saying unknown function write control s. I also receive the
unknown function message when doing an alt key combination. I haven’t received
this message in other applications when using those commands.
You can put AVG in the taskbar by going to taskbar and start menu. Tab to,
customize notifications. Here you can select what appears in the taskbar.
To hide the AVG window you should be able to do an alt f4 to close the
window. It won't close AVG but only the window.
It should be, control shift home and control shift end.

There also seems to be something else going on, behind the site, as when
i try to close it in Firefox - Windows7 - i got a 'dialogue' (which
wasn't readable as such) that wouldn't go away. Eventually I Ended
Process on it in the Task manager.

I don’t know if it is my server, my computer or Jaws but it is very slow to
load and very sluggish to navigate. Sometimes Jaws quits completely.
