Hello,
There is a trick to getting screen reader mode working. You can force Jarte to
switch to screen reader mode by copying the phrase "enable screen reader mode"
to the Windows clipboard before starting Jarte. This only needs to be done one
time. This should do what you need.

Screen readers and other AT folks may find accessing MS Office
press the tab key and you should hear enable editing.
4. Once on the enable edit button press the space bar(do not hit the
enter key because it will do nothing).
5. Once you have enabled editing, you should be able to navigate the
spreadsheet as normal.

Hello,
Yes a version of MSE is built into Windows 8. It is called Windows
Defender. It looks the same and functions the same as MSE did in Windows 7.

Hello,
Yes Windows key plus e still brings up Windows Explorer. Most of the
Windows 7 keystrokes still work as far as I am aware.

Greetings all,
I have a quick question about the text analyzer feature. Is there a way
for me to tell it that two spaces after a period is not a spaces run?
Thanks,

Greetings all,
Is there a way to get the vocalizer voices to change pitch for capital
letters? Or is there some other way to get them to let me know that a
letter is capitalized?
Thanks,

Hello,
This really does need to be an option. I can not use this feature since
just about every line in the research papers I am doing at the moment
are having errors because of this.
Thanks,

Greg,
You should have the profile loaded for Vocalizer when you then go make this
change. If you are having trouble getting this set up, please call support and
maybe
and it seems to be doing what I need ok.

Hello all,
I am using JAWS 14 on a windows8 64bit laptop. I have had to download
and instal VLC media player to watch some videos for my class at
school. Is there any keyboard commands to do things like
increase/decrease the volume? If so where can I find them?
Thank you,

Hello,
I use the website to pay my bill all the time. I have no troubles using
it with JAWS. I also know you can use *729 to pay your bill.
