I am a real dummy on all this sort of stuff. But I do know back 2 years ago
when I was faced in a similar situation, my son had UVerse, ATT came out and
plugged in a tiny device that my ethnet cable plugged into it and back of my
desktop a xp computer so I had access to their uVerse interne
I keep finding this bit of info stating I have 2 remaining upgrades in the
about section of jaws, I am almost positive this is not right, so like how can

I recently had this issue too. I did have to increase my vol settings to 100%
before I heard the song. I didn't do it your way though, I did first press
spacebar on the "mute" button and nothing happened, then I heard Jaws say to
press "Alt A" which I did till it rose to the level I wanted.
