Hi Fred, I have a KVM switch which allows me to use one mouse, one key board, one monitor, and one set of speakers and have them connected to two computers. All I have to do is push one button to switch from one computer to the other one. I have had it for many years and it workds very well. I

Hi Judy, depends on the application you are on when you press insert 6, the settings open for that application, and your changes only affect that specific application; i.e if you are on the desktop, it will only applies to the window OS settings. To make it a default change, press Alt control D

It is doable if the keyboards are hard wired. For years I controlled two computers with the same keyboard mouse and monitor. There was a switch that the cables went to each computer and the keyboard etc was also connected. There was an a/b switch to select what computer you wanted to access.

Hi, I sent this two days ago and have gotten no response and I am really baffled by this one. Like I said I have to turn off the form fields and going to the usual setting of insert 6, then arrowing down and checking manual turning off the auto and entering on okay like I did before isn't working.
