You won't find that key on a laptop. It is the reason for the FN key.

On quite a few laptops, no. The alternate function keys are assigned by
default and you have to go into the Bios to turn them back to "normal".

When I googled 'unlock function' one of the alternatives was to use
shift-f11. that didn't work for me. But the mobility center
did. It isn't accessible on my computer with JAWS. but at least it
