Doris- So you think that disabling the Skype toolbars is not the same as not
installing them in the first place, right? I was not sure what they were
used for in the first place and therefore was not sure if I would mess up
Skype even by just disabling them. Good to hear that you aren't experiencin
the latest one available.
With best regards,
Adi.

Have you tried changing the document reading mode to see what difference
that makes? I often change it from the let Adobe figure it out option to
'left to right, top to bottom' and get a better result. Good luck!

Dear List,
With the above combination, JAWS often goes silent when I open a doc for the
first time; and I have to close Adobe and start over. I'm not sure whether
Adobe is freezing or whether JAWS is doing so. Perhaps the 'X' in Adobe
Reader X stands for experimental ;)
Can anyone share e
ou've tried. I have no other explanation at this
time.
Have a good day.
Cindy

With latest JAWS, XP Pro and latest iTunes- not having the problem you
described. Perhaps you should try the full download if you used the 'check
for updates' thing instead.

I've never been able to get that crazy inaccessible Flash to update, but
could not locate anything about minite on the jaws-users site or either
Google or BING searches. The searches kept referring me to everything
'minute' instead. What do I have wrong that I cannot find it? Thanks.

I get that in Outlook 2007 also and also on the internet. Hope someone knows
the solution. I even tried putting that string in the JAWS dictionary, but
was really not able to silence all instances of this garbage. I have
wondered if it is problem with the html code or with JAWS- anyone know?
Cher

I'd like to find a way to personalize Google with that change, so my home
page would always come up without instant search, but the address bar did
not change after taking that link to turn off Google instant search.

who's actually using Outlook 2007 or Outlook
2010 may be sought to clarify. or, try using the JAWS virtual Ribbon in
outlook 2007 message list or Inbox, with the preceding steps.

Should WMP11 be set "always on top of other windows"? I'm not seeing the
window well if it is not set this way. When I alt-tab to other open windows,
they seem to be unaffected by setting WMP this way. Am I good to go with
change? Thanks.
