The one I suggested is a built-in feature that recognizes United States state names and abbreviations and does the add for all states with one click. A user search and replace would have to be repeated for each of the 50 state names and abbreviations to do the same replacement which the built-in

I found out why my combining work wasn't sticking. I changed hard drives two days ago and didn't manage to move my legacy file to the new hard drive. I don't know why that happened but somehow it seemed like the new information was only in the backup file and Legacy kept loading the old file.

If you open the Master Location List and click on the Sort button you will see that there are 9 spaces for you to define sort order. That is why I said Legacy can accept 9 levels. If you were able to put in more those beyond 9 cannot be used in sorting. You also cannot apply names to the 5 extra
