I include my file number in the description for each of my media files in
Legacy. When I print a report, i will have to look up which one, I get bullet
points of events with a thumbnail of the image and the file number as a caption.

You can get a list from the scrapbook for a particular individual.
It really depends on whether the media is attached to the individual or
to a source.
To see all media attached to a particular individual minus any media
that may be attached to one of their sources click the Gallery

then in Legacy go to View - Scrapbook choose your options and then click
Print Media File List and on that next screen make sure you at least
I believe Microsoft Access database, which is base for Legacy, can print
documents out so it should be possible with legacy. Why not ask the programmers
