Do you
most of the time now, 2.6.6 does not recognize a usb 2.0 hub plugged into my computer
which is usb 2.0. It doesn't show up in /proc/bus/usb/devices nor do its devices, and
the lights do not come on. works fine in windows. used to generally work.
ehci-hcd loaded
usb 4-1: control timeout
ready to rip out all firmware related stuff from the kernel source. I
thought that rather than someone having to go out and hack the source
to get the camera to work, it would be nicer to just convert to this
method. It's usability and "political correctness" more than anythin
it's ready to
be applied.
