the change tracker, when I elect to
Show Changes In Output I get the following error:
Package soul Error: Reconstruction failed.
I do have the soul package installed in MikTex.
Is it possible to fix this problem?

my windoze XP machines, whether 32 or 64 bit.
None of the previous installers worked for me (lyxc.exe error). In case
some of you Windoze users have been hesitant to upgrade,
