If I were to go down this route I think I would rather copy

happens when one copies and pastes tables within LyX. But I need help

Those are just some of my thoughts but I don't think I know enough of
the details to do the editing myself.

That is excellent. It works perfectly! And I love being able to push the
citations from JabRef to LyX now!
Some comments:
(1) The wiki probably needs updating with this information.
(2) In the Additional Features document they write:

Hi Vincent,
Thanks for that. LyX launched without an error message. The only problem is
that I do not understand what the reference "\\.\pipe\lyxpipe" means and I do
not know where in my filesystem I should look for the lyxpipe. Where might it
be located?
Thanks,
Ken

I set the LyXserver pipe to:
C:\Documents and Settings\Ken\Application Data\lyx16\lyxpipe
However, when I restart LyX with debugging I get the error message:

This calls elyxer correctly. The problem I am now experiencing appears to be a
bug in the processing of my bibtex file. I have started a bug report at:
http://savannah.nongnu.org/bugs/?28220
Perhaps someone with a better/functioning installation should start a bug report
for the issue where images do not copy correctly.

Oops. Please ignore my last post; I just noticed you were referring to m

The html seems to get copied correctly for me on my test LyX documents; it just
does not get copied for the UserGuide. But I be
an not find the debug file. Where might this be located? When I
run LyX with debug messages I get lots of output.
Best I can tell there is a problem when it gets to processing the bibtex
files:
bibfiles "K:/My Documents/Research/CodeLibraryNew/bibtex/bib/ken-main"
options "K:/
as something to do with the problem but I do not
know the remedy. Any suggestions on how to fix this command would be
greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Ken
