Hi,   I'm writing a book in KOMA-Script.   I want footnotes from headings not to appear in the table of contents. Google recommends that I use the footmisc package. So I have entered in the preamble   \usepackage[stable]{footmisc}.   But that had no effect. What am I doing wrong?
