Hi all, I finally updated my 2011 MacBook Pro to Sierra yesterday. When it was done installing it booted up and I used it. I didn't shut it down until earlier this evening. A little later when I went to turn it on it gives the grinding and musical tone that it always has when booting up.

Hi, If I'm in one drive or folder I use command+n to open a new window. You can then either open another folder on the same drive or another drive. I then use command+` to switch back and forth between the two open folders. You should be able to copy and paste back and forth using the normal
