You can't specify that, unfortunately. You could opt for a disk cloner like
Super Duper and set such a schedule, but Time Machine simply runs in
background. Of course, if you are using an external drive, you can just plug
it in once a week for the backups.

iMac to my family of Apple products and am making all the little tweaks to make
it mine.

Well, when you get down to it, it's still a bolt on screen reader developed
by a third party. I think this was a great move on the part of GW Micro, but I
really don't see how this will set Windows apart from what Apple has done. You
still have to buy Office.

This is the same for me. I prefer VO-j over the enter method for the
reasons Alex and others have expressed in this thread. I only wanted to point
out the sounds you were hearing and why.

Exactly. You know what happens when you assume. We have no idea what is
truly the roles of the accessibility team and you also have to consider that
there is both Mac OS and iOS to support. how this is allocated within the
accessibility team is, again, pure speculation.

Use the sound effects help in the VoiceOver help menu. There are several
new sounds for different elements. This is why you hear various sounds when
you open a mail message. To me, some are quite helpful.
I also think that whether the mail message is HTML or plain text/rich text

Yes, one row added will be spoken because the inbox is a table and, of
course, new messages will add a new row. I have had this behavior going back
to, at least, Leopard. The only time you might not is if you are not
interacting with the message table.

Prizmo has certainly improved as far as the interface goes. I still can't
get the hang of getting any really sharp scans though at this point. Of
course, this could be a case of user error, but I am still getting far better
results with DocuScan Plus and FineReader Pro.

I downloaded the office pro version. The application is pretty accessible.
I just can't figure out, at the moment, how you actually use OCR with it.
