This is the Monterey operating system, latest version. Don’t know if that makes any difference. It’s very strange that I only have two choices for the start up pop up and neither one is blank page or no tabs. Even if I turn off tabs entirely it’s still insist on having only those two choices.

Hi, It sounds to me that Safari is trying to continually open the page that it was having a problem with. So, every time you open Safari, it opens the last page that you were on. Since this was a problem page, you’re getting that problem page each time you open Safari. I suggest that you
