Hello Chris, The best OCR app for Mac is ABBYY FineReader Express but I've never managed to get it to scan more than one page at a time. For this reason, I use VueScan to do the scanning part. It will scan multiple pages into one file that FineReader can then process all at once. If you go

Hi, It sounds like you have multiple Outgoing servers with the same settings. Two things to note here. First, you would not need to totally delete the account then recreate it as you would most likely end up with the same issue. This problem appears to be within your list of smtp Servers.
