Then you need to drill down further in that table. There are specific rows
where the control types are named, and you can change the voice attributes for
each type, before you click on the OK button.

Tim,
On the topic of that folder, I also have almost 40,000 messages there. If I
select a whole bunch and hit delete they go away, but then they always come
back.
How can they be permanently moved out of that folder and/or deleted forever?

Tim,
Appears to work. So of course any messages I stored in folders will also be
gone, but these go back to January 2021. Thanks for the help.
