MI Live ODBC access woes

I can't get live odbc access working with MI. Generally I get a "Cannot Open Table for Live Access. A single numeric key column is required on the table" error message. I sometimes get an ODBC error "Connection is busy with results of another hstmt" from SQL Server. I've been trying SQL Server 7.

MI 5.5 not reading VM 2.1 grids
