head bolts on an engine which uses hex cylinder head bolts?
Shop manual says that hex head bolts must be used in engine that came with such
bolts but unclear if head from newer engines can be placed on old engine.
That's what I have been hearing all over the car business. They are supposed to
be going to some Italian diesel I think.

If it's any consolation, while we were at the Strawberry Festival yesterday I
looked at some Frod pickup trucks the local dealers had on display. An F150
dressed out with a diesel was *gulp* over $71,000!

f150 does not have a diesel available. The only 1/2 ton truck with diesel is
dodge either the ecodiesel. The f150 is the new all aluminum truck and if it

That one was actually the best kind of head gasket failure, it just consumed
some coolant and if you left the cap tight while the engine was off it
IIRC, you can use MC or Visa debit cards at Sam's, but NOT Visa credit cards,
only MC. I am almost 100% positive of this, as I've tried to use my dual
function Visa at Sam's as a credit card and they won't do it.
