The heat I used was a 1/2 inch air wrench with 120 psi air supply. It spun them right out. On install, I cleaned the threads with a wire brush and used a dot of red loctite, torqued to spec [don't ask what the spec is, I don't remember, but I remember looking it up, at the time.] As someone suggest

Yes, they’re in the roof area and require removal of the headliner. The bolts that hold the ends into the roof anchor point have anti-seize on them from the factory and are tough to remove if they’re the originals. They take a Torx style bit - make sure it’s a high quality one, as you definitely
