I actually have 3 abandoned wells on my property. I thought that one was gas
but it could be crude. I know for sure one of them is crude because on occasion
I get a few drops coming out of one of the pipes. They have been abandoned for
years and from what I have been told there is a state agency
The whole damn car is worth about half of what he wants for just the top.

Maybe that’s why it’s abandoned?
Raw natural gas, which is mostly methane, I believe, is not the best stuff to
be using for heating. It’s really low in BTU content and has a lot of moisture
in it, which means it needs to be dried out before use.

Looking at the OP’s signature, I’m guessing they have lots of money and don’t
really do much for their cars on their own.
If they had half of an understanding of the parts market, they would know that
just because MB wants $20k for a hard top doesn’t mean it’s worth that in the
aftermarket. One
Yeah, I think that car has some warts that aren’t being disclosed.

I actually have an abandoned natural gas well on site. I don't think there is
enough pressure on it to flow on its own though.

Yes you are right I missed the bumper because it seems they were trying to not
show it in the photos. With the price they are asking it should have a ton of
photos.

WellI have an 80 300SD with over 420,000 miles still running the original
engine which has never required any work. So, if a new engine and rebuilt
tranny were installed at less than 200,000, then I doubt this car has been as
well cared for as indicated. It has a "shiny new paint job" to dis

Hi Dwight,
Sorry I can't offer to finance that purchase. ;)
I donated my W115 300D a couple of years ago, when I moved on to some new
projects.
I do still have some miscellaneous spare W115 parts in my garage, though.
