Yup - that's the gotcha with that satelitte ISP. I wouldn't think the VoIP would be a terrible amount of data, and the text would be less, but then I haven't really looked at it that closely. QoS/latency would make VoIP over the satelitte different. You could try Skype to see what it would be

First you need to check to make sure the turbo is turning at all, then make sure the boost lines are intact and that the overboost valve is not stuck open or blown. That car is VERY slow with no turbo or added fuel. Diesel purge won't do a thing if you have no boost or no boost signal.
