a free tracking number if a package is sent through them, whether it's sent
by Priority or not. She said the fee through them is exactly the same as
you pat through the Post Office, which is 70 cents.
I think I was told at the Post Office it costs an extra $11.95 for an
international tracking number. Does that sound right?

discounts the postage so that it's cheaper to buy it on-line rather than buy
it at the local post office in the company of a totally unpleasant postal
