One thing to consider, even tho it may be a bit remote, it that the
package you sent was delivered but casually left in plain view on a
front step. It certainly is easy for these kinds of packages to be
carried off, in the middle of the day, when no one is home from work.
if you can prove the package was delivered to the address provided,
then Paypal will not rule in his favor, if that is his complaint
he can make other complaints, like item received not as described,
and Paypal may have a different opinion
