if you can prove the package was delivered to the address provided,
then Paypal will not rule in his favor, if that is his complaint
he can make other complaints, like item received not as described,
and Paypal may have a different opinion

shipped priority mail the next day. About a week later the buyer
stated he hadn't received the poster and asked for a tracking
number. I checked the USPS tracking information, which stated the
poster had been delivered. I also confirmed that I had sent to the

When I offered the buyer replacement merchandise or a partial
refund, he immediately threatened an EBay/paypal dispute and
associated negative feedback.
I basically punted at that point -- but am following up with the
local post office to investigate what happened with the shipment.
