Hi, No. The diamond logo is typically the old Фотон logo. So "Foton" should be the maker. Фотон did write the tube type inside the diamond. So the tube type should be something like В.100.П --> that's V.100.P The hand written "43Г" (43G) is not the type by the way, but some kind of a lot code.
