Y'know, rattle can paint jobs get short shrift all the time. But it's relatively easy to get a pretty decent job of one if you use quality materials and take your time with the prep work. Colorite and Duplicolor are a couple of systems you can use to get decent results for less than a hundred

You misunderstand. I didn't say those bikes were unattractive. I said MINE was. It was painted out of a can, and being new or old and clumsy, I spilled gas numerous times and the tank is bald of paint over a large area. It was pretty beat up when i got it. No esthetic issues with those bikes
