I had that once where the fuse tested good when I put the leads on both ends but the bike still wasn't running. Turned out the fuse was physically falling apart. The element hadn't blown but the end caps were falling off. When I placed the leads on both ends it was holding it together and it

Tonight I put a volt meter on the headlight plug. White wire was about 9 volts with nothing at the blue, which is meant to be at 12 when going high beam. Tried switching both hand controls, left and right. I even tried another whole gauge cluster. No different. Where does the head light get it’s

Yo kiwi, you check ground at headlight plug for continuity to ground? And do you have any voltage at plug for headlight? Voltage coming from high/low switch? And as someone already suggested, starter button can kill headlight . Glad to hear tail light issue was a fuse, wouldn't want to mess with

Good! Just trying to think of stuff I sometimes overlook. So are you getting good voltage at high/low beam switch? That and the starter switch seem to be exposed to the elements the most, and see the most mechanical use. You could also hot wire it at the switch and see if that does anything. >

I’ve tested the following by replacing the headlight lamp, headlight wiring, the left hand control with dimmer, the fuse block. I have secured all harnesses. Still no headlight (high or low beam). If I had another ignition switch I could test that to. Any suggestions? Sent from my iPad --
